PairMount Hanger is innovated by a new concept of picture hanging
The 2021 PairMount hanger proudly introduces a new concept of picture hanging, hang picture forever straight and stable by one hanger in one action.
To make it work, we change the traditional nail-above-hook & single-bottom-hook design of picture hangers to the revolutionary hook-above-nail & top-dual-hooks design.
To prove that work, we develop the theory and the equation.
This is our story about how PairMount hanger is invented.
Fig.1 represents the mechanic diagram of conventional “nail-above-hook” hanger. Fig. 2 represents the mechanic diagram of PairMount “hook-above-nail” hanger.
In Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, load F is determined by equation F = Ft x B/A, where A is the depth of hook, B is the height of hanger, and Ft is the nail pull-out force.
The equation shows load F is proportional to the height B of hanger.
The equation demonstrates that conventional hanger (Fig. 1) and PairMount hanger (Fig. 2) can have the same load capacity if they have the same size.
The equation invents the hook-above-nail & top-dual-hooks designs of PairMount hanger, and creates a new concept of picture hanging.
